Youth Nature Classes


Youth Nature Classes are designed for ages 3-5, 4-7, 6-12.  Each class will focus on an animal adaptation that is used to help it survive. Students will meet live animals up close and complete a special project or craft based on the featured adaptation.  Register Online.

First time registrant? 
Call the H.A.R.D. district office at (510) 881-6700 to set up an account for online registration.  Once your account is created, visit our registration page and search for the program using the barcodes or class numbers listed below.

Floating Fun


Come see how critters float as we visit the duck, pond turtle, and frog.  Experiment with us at the creek to find out what sink and what floats. Cost: $10/child.
