Valley View will be a brand-new park in your community!  This 24-acre undeveloped open-space features noteworthy topography and sweeping views.  HARD is seeking direction from the community to guide future park development.  Your input will be incorporated into the Master Plan and will help shape outdoor recreation in Castro Valley.
