The District has a variety of rental options available including Community Centers, Picnic, and Sports Fields, Gyms and Courts. For site specific information, explore our complete list of District sites.

Community Center Rentals
The District has several Reservable Community Centers that are available for use. If you are planning a shower, meeting, wedding, or birthday we may have the perfect facility for you.                     

Picnic
The vast majority of our parks feature picnic sites that are available on first-come first-serve, to better accommodate group picnics we also offer reservable sites at a variety of locations.  Online reservations for reservable picnic sites are available at:  https://apm.activecommunities.com/haywardrec

Gym and Field Rentals
Looking for a place to play soccer, basketball or baseball.  We offer: Gymnasiums, Fields, Bocce Courts and Tennis Courts (over 40-District-wide).

Picture or Film Request

The District has numerous impressive locations for any picture background or film set.  Many of the locations serve as ideal backdrops to help create the perfect scene for any picture or production.   

Try our Japanese Gardens, Hayward Shoreline Interpretive Center, Meek Estate, or any one of our illustrious parks!
