Term: November 2024-2028
Director Hatcher was elected to the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District’s Board of Directors in 2015. He grew up in San Lorenzo, participating in programs offered by H.A.R.D. He takes pride in the community and advocates for urban farming. He has been active in several organizations, such as Ashland Cherryland Food Policy Council, Eden Urban Farms, and Hayward Community Garden, to name a few. He is proud to be part of H.A.R.D. and to contribute to the community’s enrichment.
